2.把杏鲍菇洗净切片

8.热锅凉油加杏鲍菇片,炸到一面发硬

9.翻面继续炸炸到两面变黄色捞起

小窍门&温馨提示
杏鲍菇水分很多,要用盐腌制去掉水分
面糊要拌的不要太稠,要不杏鲍菇炸的时候有太厚的面糊
要一片片的炸,防止粘连在一起
